The table
At Douar Samra, half board is included: breakfast and dinner are part of the stay, just as they are part of the house. Nothing here comes off a menu — it all comes from the garden, the oven and the hands of a team who cook the produce of this land, for their guests alone.




The morning
Day breaks over Imlil, and the table is already generous: traditional breads straight from the oven, golden msemen, homemade jams, seasonal fruit and hot drinks. A Moroccan breakfast like they hardly make anymore, served facing the valley — take your time, the mountain isn’t going anywhere.

The evening
When night falls over the village, the candles take over. The tajines have simmered slowly over the fire, the vegetables come from the garden, the bread arrives warm and mint tea closes the meal, as it should. We dine together, help ourselves to seconds, share the day's walk: here, the table is shared like family.
Vegetarian ? Just ask the day before — the garden does these things very well.
